"Stop being a lazy fuck, and go do hard things. Also don't go to college and work for your Dad (a carpenter), you'll be better off. Also make sure you move to [state in which I currently live] by the year 2021 so you still meet the future mother of your children"

Spend more time with others
"Stop your doubts and worrying. Everything works out in your favor in ways that you could never expect. Stay strong."
Love is the answer to every question. You won't believe me because you're stubborn, but you will learn in time 🥰
"You're on the right path, continue to have fun with the wife & kid(s). Adventure, learn, and don't procrastinate. Time is scarce." something like that. don't give much away, as we learned in Back to the Future series, that it isn't good to know the future. just some reassurance if anything.
“Study the damn Bitcoin from the very first time you hear about it. I cannot emphasize enough the study part and don’t dare ignore it”
I’d hope it said… Dear kid, I’m proud of you for fighting all the way through. You never gave into your fear and that enabled you to live a full life. It cost more than you thought it would, but in the end you won. We won. You helped a lot of people. If you hadn’t existed things would be worse for many of the people you love. You got what you came for. It was all worth it.

Have citizens of the world stopped working in exchange for counterfeit pieces of toilet paper? Do they understand that their life is worth more than that? That their life is scarce, and immutable.

Self, get off your ass sell everything (even though I have nothing to sell 🤣)for more BTC and learn about tokenization, 2nd layer counterparty, nodes, lightning channels and a Nostr marketplace of some sort. I can tell this is the future, just wish I was tech savvy enough to understand it all better.

I would teach myself the difference, and importance, between low and high-time preference investments, goals, and activities.
Never take personally and feel down by any adverse reactions towards you, that seem to come out of nowhere. The reality is, people see your potential, and those people are envious and do not want you to succeed. Be You.

I'd like to know how to be the bestest dad on the face of the planet.
I don’t know what my future self would tell me now, but I sure now what I’d now tell my past self: 1) Worst first. Start your day by doing the important thing that you dread doing. 2) Success is much more about energy management than time management.
What I would HOPE to find in it would be the insight that I'm doing most things right and that things will get better, some advice on a better job to get, that is more enjoyable than my current job, and can partially pay me directly in bitcoin, although that I would soon be set for life anyway with the bitcoin I already have. What I would EXPECT to find in it would be "there's no future, the rest of your life will only be suffering, and there's nothing you can do about it, it's best if you end it ASAP". (And no, I'm not doing that, as I haven't received any such letter yet, much less verified it's from future me... (Future me, please include future Bitcoin block hashes and a signature by my keys, regardless of message))
Hmm I got one, it just says 'buy MORE bitcoin'. I wonder what I mean by that.
