Claude is the best at the moment. Open source models can do it but are months behind on quality. They are always progressing and will be good long term.
Local AI has best privacy. For the times you need more compute @Maple AI is there

Claude has been one of the AI’s I’ve been using over the last year after a great recommendation from @UNCLE ROCKSTAR on one of the podcasts he featured on in 2024.
