People like you kind of make me want to leave nostr entirely. The research is legit, but not everyone in every location has access to the healthiest food nor the current ability to homestead. Instead of judging people for what they eat, I choose to be grateful for the fact they were able to eat period. If they can afford to do it healthier and organically, great.

Why would people educating others about the ingredients they should avoid if they want to live a better life make you sick?!

The thing about eating something your entire life is that you have no period of feeling better to compare it too. When I first decided to devote a month to cutting out carbs & veg oils, the withdrawal was truly horrible, but by the end of the month I felt better that I had ever felt in my entire life. I was sleeping better, was so clear headed & free of little aches & pains that I just never went back. You don't know what you're missing until you actually experience it.
so true. i can think of an even worse paradox which i am struggling to even articulate, which is alcohol. where there's even a phrase for feeding the problem as a symptom in "hair of the dog"...
Try eating them again and youโ€™ll feel like shit. Cleansing your body was a slow process so you didnโ€™t notice how much you improved. And if going back to engine lubricant doesnโ€™t make you feel like shit then maybe itโ€™s too late for ya haha
The typical female reaction. You pointed out a single "flaw" in her existence and she throws a tantrum. All you were doing in the end is warn her for the dangers of eating WD-40 and some consider this bullying now. Which in turn is partially due to the shit food they eat which spikes estrogen levels!
