Slaughter waste in a bin over the stream. Big hole in the top so the flies get in, small holes on the side so the maggots get out and drop into the water. Lets see if we can fatten some trout!

I didnt mind too much when we did it for our chickens. But we didnt use a bin then, just put it out on the ground.
Good idea constant food dropping in. Might get other visitors from the smell though eventually

We did it successfully with chickens, hanging the bucket in the mobile chicken tractor.
Good way to feed predators we would dispatch that were attacking the flock.
