⚡️👀 NEW - Bryan Johnson spends $2 million a year and has a team of 30 doctors trying to reverse aging. He takes over 100 supplements a day, follows a strict plant based diet, exercises obsessively, and tracks every metric imaginable. He just announced his stomach has an incurable autoimmune disease and has been eating itself from the inside for years without him knowing. image

No meat, tons of supplements full of shit, and exercising your starving body. I love it when retards kill themselves.
To be fair, he was chronically ill before he started this crazy regime. He might have ended up with the same problem or worse, if he had done nothing.
Taking 100 random supplements a day will cause an incurable autoimmune disease. Supplements are meant for when you're suffering from a specific illness. You're meant to get your nutrients from whole foods not supplements.

Isn’t he also a proponent of the “cholesterol should be as low as humanly possible” even though a 45 year 800k person study said the two things 100+ y.o. have in common is high cholesterol and high iron. They say if your cholesterol gets too low you experience gut leak. Probably Brian’s problem but he won’t believe it until all 30 doctors agree and tell him so.

I feel sorry for the man, tbh. Death is part of our (fallen) nature. Obsessing over it, robs your of actually living while you are breathing. I have faith that life after death (likely after a very long stint in Purgatory in my case) will be far better anyway.
