The main advice to for hormone regulation is better sleep.

- no screens before bedtime - and def not if you wake up in the middle of the night.

First and foremost: how were the 136 democrats selected? How representative is this number for the entire population? When in what context where these individual asked about their party-affiliation? How does the “toxitity” of our environment influence our hormone levels? How evenly spread is this influence throughout the country?

Yup. The human environment in industrialized America has gotten so far beyond fucked up.
Our biology has been perverted to the point where a certain group of people actually believe there is more than two genders and men can actually be women.
The perversion starts with two humans (of opposite genders) having fucked up biology conceiving a child.
In most cases, that child’s biology, already likely perverted from two unhealthy humans conceiving it, gets even more fucked up with “immunizations” (lol - what a scam).
Now that child is already standing on shaky foundations in their first year of life.
Let’s follow the CDCs recommendation of giving that child some processed grains as they get beyond one year of age, and set the stage for further perversion and deteriorating of their gut and brain… it goes on and on and on.

You would use tax payer dollars or fiat grants to run a study to verify that men are indeed stronger than women because only properly conducted research can answer that question.

I don't think these compare in that way. Besides that, based on proper study (referencing "the invisible gorilla" here), human beings are terrible at a lot of cognitive tasks which are fundamental to what you are proposing. So no I am inclined to disbelieve anything which has "common sense" as a basis, or at least I challenge my human reaction to believe it.
Anyway, we know _from research_ that men have, on average, more muscle power. So on average men are stronger, but a lot of women are stronger than a lot of men. And wether that's beneficial depends entirly on the goal you're trying to achieve. How much they work together etc etc. So the statement is arbitrary at its best. Wether or not you vote democrat or republican based on your hormonelevels are, is of quite a different order of impact on society if you ask me.
Wether or not tax dollars should be spent is a political choice.
There is a really, really, really big conversation and interesting conversation to be had about this dynamic, and it runs super deep (maybe the deepest that there is), and yet it is so sensitive and cancelable because pretty much everyone has their own traumas involved in this that very few can see the forest amongst the trees.
IMHO at the deepest level this is really a spiritual war that’s been carried out at the deepest levels for at least a century that’s been about destroying spirituality-religious identity to create a population that is highly controllable and at war with itself to perpetuate its own oppression through material and biological means.
