Absolutely no hate from this end cause I know open source dev work is thankless and often payless too.

I earn all my money in software engineering and I really really hate it, what a terrible profession 😄
The shortest route is often a beaten path.
there should be a third one "what users actually need" because both sides tend to not know this either.
devs who can figure that out are the ones whose work becomes daily drivers.
I promise there is a liberal currently complaining about the dirt path 🤣
