It started more than ten years ago and got much worse over the time. And I tried countless ways to heal it 🙈. Phantosmia is when you have sensations of bad smell - the bad smell doesnt exist, but you still can smell it. Its very disturbing. In my case it also affects food and drinks.

If only the hallucination smelled nice. Uncontrollably smelling fresh baked cookies would have been life changing compared to your version.
