They just nuked your whole account or just refuse to continue with a chat? I had the latter happen with Codex once, although it seemed (to pretend everything is) ok when I pointed out that I was verifying my own uncommitted code.
Well no, not nuked account. In theory I could continue with the project, but it repeatedly flagged prompts and wants me to prove I am doing legitimate "cyber" research. It's just bitcoin protocol research. Shrug. I'll just move elsewhere for this.

It's usually trivial to fool the flagging if you didn't give up that brain thing completely yet.
I tried a couple of times, but I'm not inclined to try further; if I'm not in control and am guessing what Anthropic wants me to say, well, no, I'm not going to do that.

Codex has been annoying in this regard as well. It kept treating otp codes as secrets and refuses under any condition to display them even when they expire after a short duration and the accounts are fully in my control.

I think that's a different problem. But not sure if it's worse or better, probably worse if that's deeply hardwired.
Yeah it probably is. I also noticed that when this was triggered while using the codex cli, it kept displaying a big notice about responses becoming slower as a result of cyber risk observed in the session with a link to God knows what.
It just fell off and weird .
