Exactly our first audience. Think of it as a stepping stone. See what I did there?

after some more thinking, bitkey seems pretty sick for people like my dad that don't understand bitcoin and want a storage solution that's decently secure.

Absolutely, interacting in first person can help understanding bitcoin and the bitkey; better than many discussion. Although sharing different aspects is necessary to unify the vision and to keep many options under control.

But all keys are being stored digitally 🤔. My Private keys never touch the network. Super slick looking and seems crazy intuitive. How does your phone, the hardware, and the bitkey net stay hack proof?

Looks really nice! Considering buying, but… no annual subscription fee? What about real human to human noob customer support? Will that be available?

I’m Gen X, I’m technical so have a Coldcard etc but no one I know of my age (degree educated) would stand a chance with a Coldcard - your invention looks like an incredible attempt for trying to address that market with self-custody. 👏🏻

Yes, I am interested in bitkey because I do not understand bitcoin or the internet at all. XD image
agreed, it makes more sense when you start to think of it like those 2fa hardware devices some banks give clients my dad is used to those, this is probably the first bitcoin wallet he could comfortably and fairly securely use
