Pubky is for smart people that want to actually do things with their lives.

Some hack projects already exist but anyone with experience knows that bridges are just exits, no one actually uses bridges long-term. Just cut the chord, man. We all deal with multiple social platforms normally.
Yeah, but nostr is an open protocol atleast with enough development teams to have a fight. Bridge in and propose a nip to do what you are building. Even if your nip is rejected, run it as a soft fork and if its good other apps will adopt.

Pubky is totally open source and even more decentralized design. The nostr devs are only here while Dorsey and Odell can afford to subsidize them. There is no point submitting a NIP, truly.
Submitting a nip >> insisting users use something you have full control over. Do you see the sticking point from our perspective?

No, the point is invented and wrong. The actual sticking point is this: "this is not nostr so as a nostr lover i must do everything in my power to discredit it, no matter how wrong i am or stupid i look"
Here we are on nostr, and here you are on nostr trying to convince people your tech is better. I've heard the same story with every shitcoin ever invented. But we are not a blockchain, you don't need majority consensus to function.
I'm trying to understand the Pubky ecosystem in terms of decentralization and sovereignty. To use it I am required to accept terms of service, and to comply with various licensing conditions. And it looks like I'd be tied to a platform that is owned by a company. I know that the protocol provides for the sovereignty side of things, but WTF! There's no way I'm signing up with a company that requires me to be compliant. None of it makes sense to me..... I suppose I'm just a degenerate nostard.
