Is much of what you are saying "simply" ensuring awareness in the moment and noticing the patterns? It's been three days since I read your book. Not much focus and unfocus time and trying to apply. Three days of building headaches resulting in massive day long migraine yesterday and I woke up this morning with energy I haven't felt in years and no headache. Been trying not only to apply to myself but also in conversation, trying to see if peoples responses and reactions in situations may be running their wheels. I've diffused issues instantly and seen visible relief and smiles. Fascinating

"simply" ensuring awareness in the moment and noticing the patterns is the way. awareness of thoughts is high level & proof of work. Noticing the patterns help understand what and why we behave the way we do - that understanding dissolves the bars of the internal prison. Understanding that its not " us" but encoded scripts written in early childhood ensures compassion which enhances the dissolution. Through the no doing with do everything and open ourselves to our other sides (of the hamster wheels) When you see the patterns you will start to see the cords that the universe plays / vibrates to.

Out of curiosity, do you consider there's the potential for some learning to practice this awareness to overshoot on behavious patterns? Call it "tough points" if you like. For example, wheel 4 from your book. A person may try to focus on awareness in that area and move to an unaware position of simply not help others rather than learning to be aware of the wheel and manifesting understanding through boundaries and awareness. Am just curiously considering potential hurdles to perception of admin mode which is actually reflexive action to different wheel states.

great question... swinging to the opposite position can be part of the game and when it happens it will teach you that learning lesson. That all reactions within the mind / hamster wheel will create an opposite reaction. Ive had two clients recently who both said "im done with helping others" Im going to look after myself... they will try and maybe succeed for a bit but they will get the let down like a boomerang. This needs to be experienced and seen as part of "trying" to escape the mind. bit like groundhog day.
