Doesn't sound right. No fluent flow with The nostr. I will continue to call it nostr and referrer friends to nostr.

You don't use the Email, you send emails. You use the Nostr to post notes.

Of course you don't "have to". You don't need to say "I use Thunderbird to send emails over the internet using SMTP". You're free to say, for example: "I use the Email to tweet letters in internet" if you please.
