Next questions:
Does zap.stream allow screen sharing?
Or must I use an encoder to do so?
If a separate encoder is required, do you have a recommendation?
I'm thinking of using Riverside, just because many of my prior interviews were done (by the pros) using Riverside.
Thoughts?

Direct screen sharing no, but you can use OBS. Otherwise, @HiveTalk uses screen sharing but it may not be what you want. It's kind of like Zoom for Nostr.
I'm sure it's because I'm really stupid and technically-illiterate, but @HiveTalk is extremely confusing to me.
I've looked into it a few times and can't even figure out how to use it.
I need 1st grade-level UI/UX.
As others have mentioned, OBS is really the standard for managing what is on screen for your stream's feed. You'll just need the stream key from zap.stream to plug into it.
Watch a couple YouTube tutorials on how to use OBS and you should be off to the races pretty quickly.
Done and done.
This got me up and running pretty quick 👍
@mrecheese 🧀 is more than happy to help you. He's got his 10 year old on @HiveTalk , so we can definitely get you on board!
Hey Jeff, I might be able to help you out with HiveTalk if you're still having issues. We use it fairly regularly. Anything in particular that was giving you fits?
No worries Jeff. If you need any help please tag me or something, I'd be happy to run/explain things in first hand through whatever!
Thanks!
