I think you need to purchase each banknote individually and then make a frame yourself. I don't think it's for sale.

My “hall of fame” exhibit consists of 2 handbags woven from worthless, hyperinflated Venezuelan bolivar notes.
Craftsmen collect the notes for free because they’re so worthless people allow them to blow around like leaves.
For the selling price, craftsmen generally get anywhere from 4x-200x the value of the notes that comprise the bags themselves, which is an interesting economic case study to consider.
