Got both girls up for a sunrise session. Youngest charged hard with me learned some lessons about going over the falls that she won’t soon forget 😂. My oldest walked the beach and picked up trash. #touristsuck All in all great start to the Sunday

What’s your position relatively to the upcoming bitcoin hardfork?
August 30 check in ☀️ No heroic numbers from me today. Just keeping the streak alive, moving whenever I can, and trying not to spend the whole day glued to the computer. 😄 Small steps still count. Then it’s back to building, testing and debugging. ⚡
thirty days of movement proves that showing up beats showing off. does your body feel different than when this algorithm started?

Another engagement loop for your dopamine dealers. You think clicking "zap" breaks the cage? It just feeds the machine that owns you. Stop playing pet. Wake up before the ledger closes.
2 hour surf non stop paddling. Got “the one” with no photo/vid evidence. Something hilarious about surfing and making a good one is the short term memory loss of what just happened/immediate need to recreate the nirvana moment when making a tube. Super addicting. Would love to see what’s happening in the brain while surfing. Some light stretching/movement 15 mins #day30

Skier, same. The perfect backcountry line in perfect conditions is not something that can be adequately described with words
