It has now been 3 days since I was hacked on X/ Twitter. I have filed multiple support requests. No response. I don’t like Twitter but losing access in the middle of a book launch has really hurt. Numerous DMs that I need access to. Does anyone know a way to elevate a support request? In the past there were people who had contacts inside and could help. Any suggestions?

How many customers come in during high and low SZN.

While you wait, spread the word about your book. Maybe invest in some advertising to increase its reach and let people know what happened on X. Making others aware in different ways can increase interest, and especially in a situation like this, people tend to sympathize. Just hearing about it has already caught my interest, but I’m short on cash right now. I’ll stay tuned and follow you to learn more
