I had the same realization few days ago. I don’t want to have to travel halfway around the world just to spend my bitcoin.
Let's make #Bitcoin global and local. #Nostr helps with the #global push. npub1l00kxrz9h56hss4krvs52z77z3rlj8prf0pdf0msxxpy5lj8rylq9xnypq are the way to do the #local stuff. They supplement each other.
And, yes, Nostr is the biggest Bitcoin circular economy.

💯 if we all focused on taking care of our local areas it would all work itself out 🥰
Going to meetups, trying to get companies to accept BTC as a payment, I am part of the national organisation of Bitcoiners, exceptionally attended local Bitcoin large scale event (My first ever as those distract stacking). So no finger pointing at me 🤣
But I can’t zap you?!

Good point. Now mishap corrected. 😀

Yes like supporting local businesses accepting lighting network 🔥
Exactly
This is it exactly. Now we have tools like @npub1mftv...rkl3 to make this easy

Make it a Bitcoin Resolution. Meet locally. Meet Consistently. You just don't know who you will speak with and that's exciting.
