I've used SolarMovie.pe before but tbh I don't really know how it works. It's not great bandwidth but fills in when I don't have something in my library.

Yeah I've been using similar, although some solarmovie sites got taken down, don't show up on Google, and are blocked by my provider. Suppose the link I posted is p much the same but without the search function you get on these other streaming sites.

Yeah still unsure if it would work for that sync watching. But yeah there has been a couple of movie nights on zap.stream and hopefully more in the future:)

Good question and same lol. Afaik there is no notification option. @Nosnevets @nobody organised one, an I believe there's another one organised soon for Halloween(?). I'll try and repost any I see to the n/movie community page. But yeah, notifications for eg a hashtag like #movienights in this case and other stuff would be great in general on nostr.

you can get most recent movies in HD or 4K on yts.mx and if the movie is old Amazon Prime Video will have it for free.
