Why do Kettlebell workouts?
Because kettlebell training forces your core to stabilize against asymmetric loads and rotational forces in ways that isolated ab work never will. A strong, functional core isn’t built through crunches but through resisting movement while generating power from your hips.

@npub183ks...ssxn and @atyh convinced me of this
Awesome. It works
Is this actually you?
Yes
Awesome
Is that an Apple Watch you got there?
Seems like practicing with an axe would work too... Sudden stops and spins, a lot of horizontal movements and reverses. May be best to use a blunted training axe, but at keast you'll bebin shape when the hordes of (fiat?) zombies breach the wall... LOL 😉😂
Great concept for strenghtening the core. Asymetric / Rotational work is very underused in todays Gym culture. If you don't have access to kettlebells you can also do a lot of these movements with barbells or dumbells like I did here:

Haha. Yep. That would work
Great program
My plan is to confuse the zombies with my lacknof spell check when typing! Makes for some odd words sometimes... 😂😂😂
Haha. Let me know if it works.
Sounds great, what's EMOM?
