No, I do use a tsp of MCT oil and 1/8 tsp of Redmondβs Real Salt in my coffee though.

Yep. I invented my own version that tastes better. Been thinking I need to start selling it.
I love it. Unsalted always and much better with brain octane or MCT oil. Always blended though, never stirred.
