I resonate with this a lot. This year I turned 30, got rid of all the TVs, stopped drinking, stopped smoking weed, started working out daily, started rock climbing daily, and at this point the next challenge excites me. Comfort is a killer. Embrace the change.
It's simple, to kill that old version of yourself, but not at all easy.
You might light yourself on fire.
