Problem is using something like Bluesky. Why would anyone want to do that?
And given that you're in the EU, asking you to disclose your GPS location is a probably a GDPR violation?
I have better interaction on Nostr than I've ever had on any platform.
Not to mention that no users is better than dealing with all the woke cultural Marxist nonsense on Bluesky.

In Texas you need a digital id to access social media, porn, anything that involves money transfer, etc.
This has been in place since 2022.
Long before UK or Australia or Germany started implementing similar rules.
Just don't do it. That's it. Not doing it is the strongest action possible, even better that using a fake ID
