You can do it !
Keep busy and distracted and stay away from tempting situations.
I’ve done 5 days. For me, the first 24hrs were the hardest.
If I were you, Jack, I'd go for 72 MONTHS. Really push the boat out. What's the worst that can happen🤷🏻♂️?
Wut? Just for the hell of it?
altmachina.io is a NOSTR and Bitcoin only fasting experience that rewards in sats and Bitcoin products for not cracking.
Lots of sparkling water and coffee. If you’re bold, nicotine pouches are helpful.
no. i don’t typically do things “just for the hell of it”
nice! that’s good news
🫂
Stay hydrated. Water and salt 👌
Best i have done is 108 hours. Next, i wanna do 7 days. For me the first 48 hours were the hardest.
You got this, I cracked at 52 hours the one time I tried
I just did 21hrs, and will do 21/3 this week
#goJack 💪
👏 72+ is where it’s at
Insane. How do you feel.
I usually do 10Pm to noon so 14h every day
Congratulations! Don't forget you can drink black coffee during your fast.
Coffee purchased with bitcoin of course!

Highly recommend this video. Best of luck!!
i did once, it s like detox,
IMO fasting is overrated. You just go back to eating whatever as soon as it’s over.
Speaking of food, will be in Chicago this weekend. Any restaurant recommendations?
Once you get past 30 hours it starts to get easier
The 1st time i broke 48 hrs was life changing.
72 hrs has you questioning traditional eating habits
120 hrs will help you realize how many people are really slaves to food and the emotions tied to them
Why?
Ramadan?
Good for you 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It’s not that bad. Keep at it.
72 is where the magic really starts. You'll feel like you could go longer at that point. Be careful how you break your fast, can be harsh on the GI tract if you go 0 back to 100, especially with carbs.
You got it man! Fasting is such a great thing for the body. You’ll realize how addicted to food you really are. When I did a 3 day fast I wasn’t hungry but for some reason just kept catching myself wanting to eat.
Normalize fasting again! Almost every ancient culture and religion has used fasting as a spiritual and healing tool. We live in a time of over consumption which never allows our bodies the time to repair and heal or rids ourselves of parasites and toxins. Try a breakfast to breakfast 24 hours fast and see how you feel!

you can do it. so much of it is mental
Congrats 🎊 you can do it. A whole new level of mental clarity is waiting to embrace you. 🤗
The sweet spot is 100. Feels great after
Look into terrain theory
Jack evolving 🧡
No reason to do this. It isn’t needed to be healthy
I'm addicted to breathing gonna attempt to go 72 hours without.
Add a pinch of salt to a glass of water a few times a day
Take naps. Mineral water. It can be done.
Trust your body. Drink a lot of water.
You got this! For me the first 18ish are the worst.
There’s no reason to do a lot of things. Sometimes it’s fun to push yourself.
Nice! I just finished a 2 day fast then liver flush for the first time today. The amount and size of deposits that came out of my liver was crazy.
You'll feel so much cleaner after your 3 days, autophagy is an amazing thing!
Mind elaborating on the liver flush? What exactly is it and how do you do it?
I think it's about the cleansing
See the 2nd sentence in my note.
Did 72 hours not bad but keep yourself hydrated with zero calorie electrolytes for flavor or just a little salt in water
Sure! Its based on this book
Its basically a week of drinking tart cherry juice (8oz/day), 1 salt water enema on day one of fasting, then drinking 4 rounds of Epsom salt water mix with one olive oil/grapefruit juice in between/over the next night and morning. The book has the specific timings, but I bet you can find specifics online.
I ended up having about a dozen nickel to quarter sized stones come out and hundreds of bb sized ones. I'll spare people the photos of those but they were wild looking. Some almost looked like a blue quartz on the inside (I drank a lot in my younger days, but have gotten much healthier since).
Anyone can pm me if they want photos lol

Oh yea, feel lighter and stronger overall.
Highly recommend.
My wife has done a few rounds and my mom has as well. It'll be a yearly thing from here on for me considering how much environmental toxicity our livers are processing all the time
It gets easier after the first couple of days.
Never gone beyond a week myself though.
Just wanted to test if I could do it, but probably won't do it again.
Eat good food, stay fit, and stay healthy!
(No better way to enjoy your day.)
GM! ☀️ The good way! Once a month and more enlightment will come. ⚡
What’s the best way to break a fast?
In the summertime? Two words- Liquid IV.
I think you got it man!

How was day 2? 😃
72 should be the goal as that's when autophagy starts and all the healing and cellular benefits truly begin to work its magic. You can do it 💪🏽
get it.
Recently finished 72 hours after typically giving in around 36. It’s worth it. Inflammation down noticeably. It was helpful to do alongside with (and encouragement from) a peer. You got this!
Highly recommend a parasite cleanse as well for anyone who is about that life. It was profound for me and as a result my outlook on diet has changed significantly. The one I’ve used is from foodoverdrugs.com. Lots of good information up there as well.
How you getting on Jack?
fasting is great for your health. 🫂
best of luck. enjoy. much learning available from the process 🫡
I find the first 24hrs and about 65-68 are the hardest for me. 25 to 48 is easy. The last few hours of a 72 are brutal for me. Go for it!
Gotcha
stay near a bathroom when you start eating again (just in case)
How is the fast going?
just hit 72. feel great, could honestly keep going. experienced a ton of benefits.
will definitely do it semi-frequently. highly recommend.

Yeah, right?! Lolol
Props to you! This will be standard practice once enough people see the ease and benefits of it
It can have powerful spiritual benefits too.
