Fwiw, we own a computer repair shop and we are constantly ordering parts. We've been watching the price of parts go up and up. There are parts that are basically exclusionary in pricing.
It's wild. SSDs that we got for like $60-80 last year are now hovering around $150-200.
DDR4 and 5 RAM pricing is still insane. 😭

Yeah, I was just browsing eBay for laptop I don't mind taking out of the house and I am mildly embarrassed in admitting that my choice was influenced by the amount of RAM in said laptop.
