It's automatically added. Each nsec has a wallet regardless if the user wants it or not.

So the wallet is associated with an nsec? If I logout and login with my nsec it will still be there? Makes it even more important to protect your nsec then.
Maybe 2of3 and hardware signers for nostr keys need to happen sooner than later
Have you come across NIP-26 root/child key delgation for posting that keeps the root key safe for payments only? I think I just did yesterday after wondering why there were extra 2 pubkeys in https://iris.to/settings/devices (now deleted, may make some new ones safely).
