I think Luke is performing an important service. We haven't given the bitcoin lunatics an exit to an alt-fork in quite a while.
Alt-forks are an important part of the bitcoin ecosystem -- they serve as an adult daycare service for the mentally infirm. It's a nice, safe place they can go, where they will be separated with dignity from public scrutiny and serious discussion.

BIP-110 is my favorite jpeg folder. The 15% markup to still post spam on it makes the pepes all the more rare.

I think 110 killed Knots and it won't stay updated which is sad. When Knots started I ran it, I left when the 110 retardation came.
