If they have a warrant out for their arrest because they either committed another crime besides being here illegally or they missed their court hearing then they are eventually going to be deported.

Obama created a trap for Somalis in America. Under Bush Jr. Supreme Court ruled on a case that Somalis can’t be deported to Somalia because of safety concerns. Obama gave Somali asylum seekers two options. Stay in jail while you wait for your asylum status to be resolved or take TPS status and be freed because they can’t deport Somalis. Many took TPS option.
Those group of people were rounded up during Trump first term and deported. Eventually the Courts overturned Trump deportations and extended their TPS in his first term. Now he has cancelled that TPS order for Somalis and are trying to deport them again.
BUT LESS THAN 3000 Somalis in America are under TPS. Over 80% of Somalis in America are Naturalized citizens or born in America.

My view is that while the girft is wrong, they are getting everyone used to "crowd control" so that it triggers a response that requires more crowd control or prepares people for the reset where people beg for govt support (uncluding UBI). Either way, it's theater with real people.

It has happened to me and many of my friends and family.
ICE agents will force scan your face with their phone, if you refuse to provide documents or if you don’t have it.
It happened to me, I refused to obey their request the first few times. They took out their phone and took a picture of my face. After a few minutes they let me go.
Now I carry my passport because I don’t want them to scan my face again.
