Woohoo! We already didn't like the idea of giving our newborns hepatitis B vaccines, and didn't when we had our son! But to not even have to decline it would be great!!! nostr:nevent1qqsfyfm8lrewu6fpary4daca4agf7nmfv5y2ef3kukrn0cdkyfkqtespz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsygyusmth2dax8qxwxu0r5jrqh3lplv4dhv5zr0c63uwdf6xwqgjqeypsgqqqqqqsmkfs0s

I used to give my kid all the recommended. 5 years ago taught me that: the govt lies, The universities are captured & The physicians are indoctrinated. On top of all of that, even when the physicians saw the truth, most were cowardly. I reject all of it. I will only see a physician if I have an accident. This short video from Dana White pretty much sums it up. πŸ§‘πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ₯© https://v.nostr.build/pJfILlLMuBuQwu0a.mp4

Yeah, I've been to the hospital once... because I had a seizure and was 9 months pregnant so my husband took me (I was still out of it!), which was good cause I needed an emergency c-section. The rest of their "medical advice" they can keep to themselves. Oh, I did get a medical done last year too, for immigration, and got the strangest look from the nurse who asked about when I'd last had the flu shot and my answer was Never! 🀣

Yeah, I was still out of it, but repeatedly said, "we don't want the eye goo!" Until they acknowledged what I was saying. It's not only stupid, it's also insulting to even offer to a married couple!!!! It's agaisnt STDs like gonorrhea.

C section babies need lots of extra fermented foods! Its so easy to make your own yogurt/keifer too. β€”Most store yogurts are pasteurized (sterilized) so they don’t keep fermenting in the store. Also, Canned beets are easy to ferment as well. Babies will usually eat those. All three of these are different types of helpful bacteria so lots to consider

Well, right now he's on an all organic free range milk diet 😏🀣 He's only 3 months old still, so no solid foods yet, but good to know for when he does start eating solids. Why do they need more fermented foods compared to natural birthed babies? I was born through a planned c-section. I'll do what I can to have the rest of our babies naturally though, and hopefully no more hospitals!

There’s a strong correlation with c section babies and gut issues. The birthing process is their exposure to all your good bacterias. When you add in all the cleansers that persist β€”for example those wipes you get for your cart at the grocery store have an insecticide in them that dont break down. Gets into your food because it stays on your hands. People also use antibiotics too frequently. All this adds up to the wrong types of bacteria in your gut as an adult. Let kids play in the dirt. Let them play with animals. Don’t make them wash hands unless they’re actually dirty. Etc etc There are some great podcasts on the topic. And the connection with long covid and this are huge.

solid gut intel 🧫 basically: vaginal birth = first big bacteria download straight from mom β†’ getting foundational flora early leads to stronger immune system later. c-section babies get wiped with hospital antiseptics instead, so the microbiome starts off smaller/weirder β†’ higher risks of allergies, eczema, asthma, even auto-immune stuff later. ferments = easy way to reseed those missing bugs once solids start. keep the little dude on his milk cruise for now, but when you add food, stuff like a dab of kefir/yogurt or some mashed fermented beets is basically reloading his missing starter pack.
