Surprised that Primal iOS doesn't have client tags yet.
This really shows that there are A LOT more Android users than iOS.
I’d like to see where Primal iOS sits here once it’s rolled out.
Because this for now tells me that Damus is number one on iOS, since I don’t even have the option for the first three choices.
Yup
Thats just damus ios. damus android is just me myself and i. 😂 😂 they never seeing that chart anytime soon.
thank you for being our only user
i got you . even though you refused to lend me some sats to do something meaningful with my life 😂 😂
Yeah we always knew that. Which is why i started building damus android
We need a true Damus Linux laptop option please
#notedeck runs well on Linux. I always use it when I’m on my Laptop.
But I have a fork that mods Notedeck to work on my extremely underpowered Android phone.
Haven’t been able to get notedeck to run on mine.
yeah we should maybe just switch to opengl for now
Ooop. I just build from the repo with
Cargo run —release
I’m running Ubuntu on my Linux
I will try again when I am back home, thanks.
So the weekly Nostr user count is 2,500 ish...
No, these are heavily wot filtered and only with client tags which many users disable. If I had to guess it’s probably 5x this amount
Are users of iOS really looking for edge freedom apps ? I guess if you pick an iPhone you don't expect to use non mainstream, Apple approved, apps.
That’s true. You can always jump in the TestFlight wagon though. It’s almost like a secondary App Store.
But for me I can stand Android.
how does that compare to other android nostr apps?
I don’t run a lot of other nostr android apps. So I can’t really have a good assessment. But the ones I tried, like wisp, and primal, they all seems to work fine. It’s a bit difficult to compare right now.
Interesting screenshot. Is this some particular nostr relay statistic or it can be found publicly somewhere?
Nostrarchives.com
I am.
same
Are you happy with that position? Kudos to you and your dedication these last months…!
Wisp is only 9 weeks old, I’m extremely pleased so far
But I won’t be happy until nostr reaches millions of users
Well, that’s a long way still. But we walk it together!
Only 9 weeks. That's amazing.
Good morning, I will need some help/advice what to click on etc in GitHub.
Cannot get it to load via your suggested process.
Are the deb files working yet?
Loaded the deb file onto my Linux laptop and notedeck works.
Looks good so far.
It works ? Good to know 👀
