AI companies collectively losing trillions But yeah there's so much profit to be made we can put data centers in space and launch rockets every 6 months to upgrade the GPUs Even though it's too expensive weight wise to bring an extra pack of ketchup on a shuttle If you're falling for this shit you're dumb as fuck sorry

The data centres will still be there when public access AI is long gone - they will be repurposed into control centres for the Digitally Enslaved. The ones in space will be much harder for the resistance to fight against...

The problem is ai is a big bet, perhaps the biggest one humanity has ever made. The people that are investing millions to trillions want to be on the winning side of the bet because if you own the resources, and infrastructure needed for ai you’ll essentially get an indefinite amount of labor for a drastic cost reduction, we’re going from $20,000 to $100,000+/year for inefficient human labor for probably $5 to $10/year worth of tokens. People are betting on 1 being the most likely scenario, and whoever breaks the wall first is going to be the biggest winner. View quoted note β†’
Everyone is getting richer, it’s just the rich are getting richer at an extremely accelerated rate while the poor are getting richer at a rate that isn’t as fast. In theory, a poor person today is better off than they were even 20 years ago. However, the problem is things like zoning laws, medical regulation, government loans for college, etc. make goods, and services more expensive over time.
