LC80... Saw a real beauty just yesterday. But it was on a highway and not quite the setting you're in. Having moved your tire to the rear swing did you get an secondary fuel tank? I mean, we all know that "enough" in an LC is still kinda limiting when stock.
This is the most retarded American shit.
A car, you are dependent on oil companies for fuel, you pay taxes on that fuel along with registration and insurance fees.
Cars are the opposite of freedom, they are the opposite of enough.
Something that keeps you dependant on the system.
Get a horse or a bicycle and experience true freedom.
Grow a garden and you'll know what hat enough actually means
I donβt live in America, but thanks for the entertaining rant
You depend on oil for absolutely everything in your life, just like everyone else, so go preach somewhere else and maybe think twice before you presume to lecture someone you donβt know about what you think their life is like. Cheers
I lived out of a rooftop tent for over 2 years and got tired of itβ¦ there are some really nice ones out there these days, but I prefer to keep all weight low and not top-load to preserve offroad performance and reduce wear & tearβ¦
I can sleep 5 comfortably with the gear I have inside:
- 2 people on a Exped combo air/foam mattress inside a spacious hub tent by Overlandish
- 2 smaller people inside on the flat top that extends from the rear glass to the front seats
- 1 person (or 2 kids) in the Haven + Adventure Hammock Co system that mounts to the front bumper
I sleep way better than in the rooftop tent, and we can use the hub tent in many more ways (shade at the beach / place to play cards or hang out with friends that is protected from the mosquitos / etc)
Thanks for the interest ππΌ
Iβd love to see pictures of your set up. Iβll share some of mine too. I have a Tacoma with a GoFast Camper, ARB awning that converts to a tent and a few other goodies.
Awesome setup! Those GoFast Campers are slick⦠amazingly light!
Iβll post a video of the whole setup soon π€πΌ we are volunteering at a vineyard next week so should have some space to stretch out and set up the entire camp
