The impressive thing about maple syrup production is how much fucking energy it uses. Once you see and understand the stacks of wood, then you’re like oh I get it, this is an energy intensive thing.

I normally buy maple syrup locally, but seeing as they don't accept bitcoin and my dude here is basically local enough, I'm going to get syrup from him this year.
