Let's talk nostr remote signers! Which one do you use? I want to poll what's in use and test them.

Amber, Alby
Same
Amber is king. I also use Alby and nos2x. Peridot is looking very promising, and Aegis is the leader on iOS (although I have had a lot of problems using it). Promenade does multisig, but I haven't looked into how to actually use it — only nstart uses it to my knowledge. nsec.app is weird, works poorly on ios and is not maintained, but can be a good choice for some situations.
Alby and nos2x can do *remote* signing?
Nostr connect is the only thing I use
Oh sorry that’s an extension, you’re asking for remote signers 🤦♂️
Need coffee ☕️
Chrome tells me it's unsafe
no, just nip 07
Chrome is retarded 😂
No I think that’s because it’s not listed anymore. I think dev stopped maintaining
the rules have been tightened a bit
OK I'm mainly looking for NIP-46 signers that people use.
Maybe I should have said BUNKER tell me about your BUNKERS before I go BONKERS
Amber + alby
Amber here. Works mostly great.
Promenade which gives me a bunker url which seems to work quite well (I’m using it for nostr:npub1kdstrkmhv0yx8pdqcf9ed8l26752gqprx68twg7qp5nsd7qtegnsr3nsze atm)
Are there any signers that work reliably on iOS?
LNbits'
Amber. And as a browser extension i use Nostr Connect on firefox, a piece of abandonware by nostr:npub1zfss807aer0j26mwp2la0ume0jqde3823rmu97ra6sgyyg956e0s6xw445 that actually just works great tbh.

Pls dont touch it! If aint broken......😅
It a bit outdated 😅 and didn't support NIP-44
Nostore is ok
Do you have a link/resource for Promenade?
Yup, thanks a lot for mentioning. 🫡
Currently I'm VERY busy for a few months as you can see I'm not active that much on the Nostr even, but I'll back and work on those stuff. Onward.
What's a remote signer?
you can keep your private key in one place (the remote signer) and when you are using another application on another device you can send signing requests to your remote signer to be signed. This happens through nostr itself. Its a way to keep your private key safe but still use it anywhere
Hi, are you still having issues using Aegis v0.3?
