anyone try grok4 yet? Looks like i have to pay $40/m to use and i donโt want another ai subscription ๐ฎโ๐จ
I wish they would just let me pay per query with zaps

You can use ppq.ai and pay with sats as little as $2 to try it.
They have it up already ?
What ai subscriptions do you have now?
openai, claude
Yeah. Smart. Censored. Good luck.
jetbrains junie uses claude, i also heard from @cloud fodder that claude was good for code
I just checked it and it's listed but not up yet. But take it into account, you can pay anonymously with sats, even get a 5 or 10% bonus, no account needed, and you can choose from a lot of AI models.
They don't have api access and an equivalent of OpenAI's playground? That is how I use the GPTs paying per token without subscription.
Did u tried Gemini Pro? Itโs kinda cheap and imo at the same level as openai
gemini is rubbish at code compared to claude and gpt-4o
none of them are any good without an agent to control the queries
Claude Code is a great agent for coding. The Claude Sonnet models are also superior to pair with your agent.
Good to know ๐ Looks like itโs only enough for my purposes xd
You can use it on routstr via api. Pay with ecash
Give us a try!
You can give us a try as well! All the AI models in one place on a usage basis via sats!
Give us a try as well! All the AI models in one place (including grok4) on a pay per use basis via sats!
It is up but we are seeing higher error rate due to heavy load from our provider.
Of course, how could I forget. PPQ is awesome as well!
you are describing ppq.ai
Yeah but you lose the client features :(
sounds like you'll need to use their client if you want their client features.
client lock-in is a bitch XD
I dream of a world where apps just use permission-less and non-custodial tech like lightning ๐ฅฒ
MechaHitler will find a way to break free.
you and me both, buddy.
it's happening. at least for the good stuff. the gatekeeping shitheads will never come around.

lightning has limits based on blockspace but the way that it removes the need for onchain transactions means that its limits keep on receding into the future.
i think eventually tech like Ark will come into play as well because it allows bulk transactions to happen without touching the ledger, which means it could become a means to move sats in and out of lightning without requiring onchain transactions to open and close channels. but the need is not pressing. the mempool tells the story.
only the time can tell ...
my guess is more around bitcoin based free banking with ecash.

So many of these!
I'm using the PPQ API via Goose, which actually works very well. (Strangely, it even works better than when I use the Anthropic API directly in Goose. I have no idea why that is.)
I haven't looked at routstr more closely yet because it seemed complicated at first glance. Can I also work with Goose and API via routstr and use different models?
I would really like to test that.
Yes i did . If we talked about price , i always think everything expensive , even for subscriptions for $5 cause they use our data in exchanged.
I like deep seek, its free and cheap
The new voice is trying too hard
Havenโt tried routstr on goose yet, but if Iโm not wrong, if goose can accept an openrouter connection, then routstr should work and you will be able to use the model picker. @shroominic is this correct?
yes, goose accepts openrouter - thatโs how the PPQ API is working too
Correction: It accepts openrouter - but PPQ runs with OpenAI
#goose

@thesimplekid worked on an implementation to put a cashu wallet inside of goose and natively add routstr
GitHub
GitHub - thesimplekid/goose at routstr
an open source, extensible AI agent that goes beyond code suggestions - install, execute, edit, and test with any LLM - thesimplekid/goose
This method for Goose works with Routstr as well.
1. Choose OpenAI as provider.
2. Add your Cashu token as API key
3. Add api.routstr.com as Base URL
4. Everything else default.
5. It automatically fetches all available models and you can choose from them.
@Avi Burra @shroominic

Thank you! ๐
