howd you do it? reminds me of that oss c++ clone of minecraft- did you point claude at an existing project, or prompt from scratch? curious your process
with the graphics card! just wgpu + shaders + models that i bake into a custom binary format that the engine understands
i pointed it at the C game engine i built from scratch. most game engines are overengineered. this one is pretty simple. zero dependencies! except for winit and wgpu.
i dont see the point in recreating wgpu from scratch just so my game works on all platforms =/
i built it using damus agentium for coding harness + damus headway for issue tracking. to make it run i just used a rust compiler. i have an "autowork" workflow that allows claude to recursively spawn damus agentium sessions for each headway issue in a proper order based on what is blocking what. basic idea is to let it plan and code everything. i had to iterate a lot with it for the initial architecture, and i just keep asking it what kind of architectural tools it still needs to accomplish things (it automatically recommends follow up cards each time it completes a task) every change ends with a visual explainer of what was done
maybe! i dont have any nostr stuff in yet. just focusing on making a fun game first. nostr auth seems like a natural step tho
Wondering how to introduced exps. Since I’m not sure how if there is no central database. Playing around the reviewers. Real persons that will have power to check the results.
