Let's separate money and state. No need for politicians.
If Pepsi or whoever vending company want my sats, either grow some cojones and spare me the taxes or they get fucking fiat.
β¦also: all politicians are bad no matter what

Then there's also the fact that if the state doesn't adopt #Bitcoin to a certain extent, it will never go mainstream.
Seems like a necessary evil.
His credentials lend to the π π cause, not his politics.
Better than 0 sats. Credit where credit due.
True, now more than ever we would like it to be separate so those who ideological align with it can be buyers. But when something gains π° value, it automatically becomes attractive.
That's why we said 'to an extent'. For us to be able to pay with Bitcoin for anything - a coffee in Switzerland or an apartment in Dubai, we'd need it be accepted by merchants.
Adoption is always a double-edged sword π‘οΈ

Bullish!
He also just bought a coke from a pepsi machine. What black magic is thisβ½
It's not the state that needs to adopt Bitcoin but the individual. You don't need permission to send or receive Bitcoin.
I want to build this! π€©

Everyone on #Nostr knows how #Bitcoin works, but adoption is key for the future.
We can agree to disagree on that.
