Definitely infringement. I did not give Anna's Archive permission to copy my music from Spotify and make it available to the entire world without value enabled.

Any musicians here been through a copyright lawsuit? I had to go through one with a label when I was just starting out. It drained my spirit in every way. Ended up having to sell my rights in the end anyways. I had a lawyer who was generous and didn’t charge me as a “welcome to the industry” lesson. Had he done so, I would have been in debt.
