Zimbabwe🇿🇼 and Venezuela🇻🇪 are among top resourceful countries. Both are classic example how policy mismanagement n protectionism for decades (other factors) can ruin all prosperity
back in 1980s both the countries enjoyed much different lifestyle than now. there are many active nostriches from both @Malos10 @Anita more - when Dollar demise happens you where will arrive last not costa rica for sure.
