Had a guy this morning that made 3 separate orders for the same thing. All got cancelled because he didn't pay the lightning invoice. So I reached out to him to find out if there was a problem with the invoice showing up correctly. I checked my node, and everything appeared to be running correctly. He replied, " I'm not spending Bitcoin. I want to give you dollars." Soapminer is based on a value for value model. We don't accept fiat, because we don't value it. We value Bitcoin.

Exactly. It's not that hard to grasp. You can pay with Strike, and convert your dollars into Sats instantly. Still have the fiat mindset virus
Yes, they do. @Guy Swann pointed this out a while back. The only way we move the Overton window from just a Store of Value to a Medium of Exchange is by requiring it.
There are a lot of ppl that promote me because they love our products, and don't mention that we're Bitcoin only, so ppl come too our site, and can't use anything but Sats to pay. 🀷
That's why so many "Bitcoiners" like paper Bitcoin, instead of real Bitcoin. They are still fiat maxis, though they'll argue the opposite.
And have never been. Soapminer has always only accepted Sats as payment. πŸ’ͺ
One of the best attributes.🫑 And when you insure that your reputation can't be questioned, then no one has to worry about you keeping your word.
Just a cpl now. Used to be all of them, but I've found suppliers that are amenable to accepting it, but they immediately want to turn it back into fiat. 🀷🀣 My wife does the fiat side of things. She does eBay, Etsy, etc.
I don't want to be that harsh, but it is irritating sometimes. I'm selling you a quality product, and you want to offer me shit fiat.
Integrate that on your store and let the normies pay in fiat bruh
