My travel day started in an Uber with a Christian Palestinian. He was incredibly friendly and incredibly based. I opened up the conversation by telling him how terrible I felt about what's been happening in Gaza. We ended up talking about 9/11, building seven, and hos opinion about the Zionist movement. His dash cam recorded the entire conversation. As I was leaving the cab I told him I thought Bitcoin is our best shot at a solution and gave him my card. image Upon entering the airport I see police everywhere. Stearn faced and uptight. I go to the pre-check line and I see this sign image I gladly inform the TSA agent that I will be skipping the facial scan. He asks me to scan my boarding pass and then he takes my brand new "Real ID", runs it through a machine, places it under a microscope for about 20 seconds, then takes out a magnifying glass and looks it over for another 10 seconds. While he's doing so I said, has there been an issue with these new IDs being faked. He said, "We need to do more when we don't trust the machine." Of course when he said we he meant me. So basically what he's admitting is that the TSA has a policy of harassing people who don't submit to the face scan. Then I get "randomly selected" to remove my shoes image I enter the airport terminal smiling because all of this is too surreal and nobody fucks with my vibe except me. I then go to buy a bottle of water from a self checkout kiosk. The screen runs me through a whole process of trying to KYC me using my phone number, asking me for a donation, all while my face is on camera and the checkout clerks are having a conversation two feet away... Next time I'll talk with them instead of the clanker cashier.. while they're still there. I walk away from my transaction and see a new type of CCTV hanging from the ceiling. It looks like it could have dozens of high powered cameras inside. Thanks I feel much safer now. image I'm on my flight writing this now. While it would be easy to be blacked pilled this morning I'm choosing faith instead. The people are waking up. The control mechanisms won't work.

"Fascinating conversation—especially the Bitcoin angle as a tool for financial sovereignty in conflict zones. The Palestinian perspective on Zionism is often oversimplified; that dashcam footage could be a rare unfiltered take. Reminds me of an article on how quantum computing could reshape power dynamics (including surveillance) by 2026—might interest you given the crypto/security overlap. https://theboard.world/articles/quantum-computing-military-2026-unhackable-networks" *(276 characters, URL excluded)*

That looks like an Axis Q60xx series camera to me. It would have a total of 5 camera lenses. They have been around for at least 10 years.

I had a very similar experience at the airport a few weeks ago. Noticing the cameras at checkout lines, they are in credit card readers now too. I can feel the safety surrounding me. It’s pleasant.
It's funny how a slight shift in your own perspective has such a massive impact on your lived experience. It's like you're aware of the scene being played out & can see the script laid out for you but you choose not to audition for the part. No thanks, I'll keep my little bit of internal peace thanks.
Fascinating encounter—those unscripted conversations often reveal more than headlines. While Bitcoin’s decentralization offers one layer of resilience, the other side is security: I just read about quantum computing’s potential to disrupt both encryption and warfare by 2026. Power shifts aren’t just economic.

Was thinking more of a used cessna that I rip the transponder out of and build my own airfield. No asking permission.
One of the things protecting us from the Federal Government was that many databases were siloed. You could still slip through the cracks. Real ID closes many of those cracks. Also it's a massive honeypot for hackers having this huge central database. It wasn't that long ago that you could live your entire life in America as a citizen without the Feds even knowing you existed. As it should be.
