Almost a year ago I joined USPSA—United States Practical Shooting Association and became a competitive shooter. I go to the range twice a week and compete almost every month. I think Nostr is the best place to share my shooting journey with you guys 😎

Noice! Good arm and aiming position. 👍 In Germany WE must remove the magazine after firing the last shot. In Training or Competition. How does that work for you? Rule Number One Ever weapon is loaded.

If you're practicing for defence, you get a much better idea of where your shots end up. In addition, pattern recognition ends up being part of the training.

“Unload and show clear” is a must during a competition. No one cares what you do during training.
