I'm a 25 year serving member of the LFB (London Fire Brigade) and this woke decease is everywhere. In the west. That said, don't judge these women now, what they are facing isn't some trivial problem. You might think they shouldn't be there but they are. People are in need and this is who they have. This looks like a snippet from some ER soap opera show or something. I don't give a duck what you look like as a firefighter, as long as you are competent and capable of doing the job - and if you're not, again, don't care what you look like - you shouldn't have that job.

The way to fire a firefighter is to hold them to a high standard during the first year or 18 months while they are a probationary employee. They are an at will employee meaning their career depends upon the successful completion of probationary testing. It’s the fear from the top that allows one or two to be allowed to fail the standard and still have their job that is the problem. I’m pretty sure this is LAFD when has this new soft woke side despite their long standing history of hard salty fireman.
