❓Now that @Boltz - Non-Custodial Bitcoin Exchange is down, is bitcoin stuck on Liquid? In the recent @Start9 guide for BIP110 (linked below), it’s advised to close all lightning channels prior to BIP110 signaling in a couple of days. Is it valid for lightning only, or all L2 protocols?
