Iβd be interested in utilizing a tool like citrine, or Aegis to counteract this, which I already do utilize.

Blossom torrentifies media. Note blobs are so small I am not sure if it's worth making seeds for retrieval. Just a single backup that rebroadcasts notes if the relay you use as an outbox deletes your events.
