The earthly wisdom comes from observing and learning from own or others' experiences.
Wisdom is visceral and doesn't come from a single source. It blooms where knowledge, experience, humility, and reflection intersect. I think it's less about having answers and more about asking the right questions. Seek and ye shall find. It's also found in inner work, struggles and failures, learning from others, and portrayed in being a living example to others. Stay humble and stack stats.

Suffering. Either your own or from other’s. Wisdom is the application of knowledge. All the knowledge in the world can’t prevent suffering. It’s knowing how to use that knowledge to prevent future suffering. This only comes from making mistakes or observing others mistakes.
Wisdom comes from the soul, from your higher self. The real question is, how do you more clearly & actively perceive that wisdom?

Real wisdom comes from higher consciousness, soul level, intuition. But a lot of what we call wisdom is merely experience. But when you listen closely, it's not really wisdom.
Many replies here are a derivative of “awareness”, if we do not know then we don’t have knowledge or wisdom

Experience (Trial and Error)
Knowledge is knowing what to say. Wisdom is knowing whether or not to say it.
