I went 2 weeks without alcohol recently. That's a big step forward for me considering I lived in Thailand for a year where I drank beer every day.

Wow, you're amazing,lots of people around me can't even stick with it for a week 😂. I've quit drinking too. And now I actually prefer different ways to unwind, like checking out boats. Recently I've been eyeing an Explorer Yacht on https://www.yachttrading.com/yachts/explorer-yachts-for-sale/, and the price is surprisingly reasonable. Imagine sipping juice on deck while watching the sunset,no alcohol needed. It feels like a whole new kind of healing.
