Everyone sees themselves as the victim in their story. Not me. I take ownership of everything that happens to me. If someone hurts me, it’s because I allowed them close enough to do so. If no one helps me, it’s because I’ve chosen to stand on my own. Nothing outside of me has the power to stop me. All resistance is internal, and what I carry inside is what I project outward. Everything is within my control because everything begins within me.

If you reframe your life through the above... your current situation and the reasons for it completely change. This is causing some pretty deep introspection @HODL, damn you :)

Absolutely! True power comes from owning your life and mindset 💪✨
I agree. You stand out like a wolf. Keep it up. Remember, you aren't alone. I preach radical responsibility. Done with the victim shift.

Yeah ... it all comes from within us. 💥💯✨️ Strong mentality 💪 👏 ✨️
Victim mentality robs individuals of agency to affect change within their lives Ownership, on the other hand, is empowering Taken to the extreme, ownership for everything can lead to self-hate if enough goes wrong because, after all, everything is your fault A tension exists between ownership and self-love that must be balanced and lived within Too far on one side is self-importance and too far on another is self-destruction

I see myself as the lucky bastard who just always keeps winning even though I'm basically lazy as crap
Radical ownership 🎯 . Blame is a trap. The second you outsource responsibility, you hand over your power. But admitting when you feel powerless is also strength, because it’s real. Honesty is what keeps us men from numbing out. From turning into a Goggins...hard as hell but 3x divorced.

This faggot and his cult leader bullshit is getting annoying. Time to mute him and all his followers on the gay platform.

Amen to each an every word. I'm personally working on finding that balance between ownership and self-love 💜
Who the fuck is “everyone”? Are you praising yourself on a public forum, in a manor that actually projects insecurity by asking for validation. You sure you good brother?

People seem to love listening to this guy talk about how wise he is. I’ve never understood the appeal.

So I just watched Fight Club, first thing I see is this. Feel like I could run through a fucking wall right now. Take your wounds, collect your scars, pick yourself up, breathe, keep fighting the good fight. What doesnt kill you, makes you stronger.
"so let's enjoy, guys Life is happening right now No fear Let's live and enjoy It's cool that we don't know What is going to happen And take the risk You know I think the best moments of my life We're when I took the risk And lived the moment So let's live Move yourself Let's go You can try something new You know? Try to say something you've never said before It's ok Every is an experience And that's how we evolve" Gabriel Medina
I don't believe you can blame yourself for a tough childhood. Nothing one can do about that. It affects you. Takes a long time to come to terms with and build up.
My view is that you have to take responsibility for your childhood, because even though you were a child those patterns are still in you today and realizing that they are internal is key to fixing/healing them.
I think so. Just had all blood work done not too long ago, all was well. Don’t have to take any pills.
When we shift to gratitude for our particular story, our "weaknesses" become our best gifts. I was a victim for a long time. Now I feel like my story is the best one because it makes me, me. My favorite person. I take care of me first. That makes it easier to help others.
I take ownership for everything because on a higher level I know that I chose it all. When things appear to go wrong I try not to judge them as such, I look for the value because if there was no value there, I wouldn't have chosen it. I'm learning to love myself unconditionally by loving everything & everyone unconditionally. It's hard sometimes but I do my best. It's all a mirror 🪞

Branching realities.
Blaming yourself for a tough childhood and taking responsibility for a touch childhood are not the same. The former is punishment, the latter is empowerment. The former is, "I deserved it," the latter is, "I didn't deserve it, but I'm also responsible to find my healing." The former is about accepting lies, the latter is about accepting the truth, and allowing God into those spaces to show you the truth about yourself, and Him. Because the truth about you and God will heal you.
You speak with too much confidence and it shows that you haven't experienced enough life yet. If you were born as a girl in Afghanistan or a boy in the middle of Africa, you wouldn't be saying that. You're not powerful, you're just lucky.
Sure, you've had tough times in your life, like everyone else, but the pressures of life can be overwhelming. Many of the things that happen in our lives are beyond our control, and fate can bring down anyone, no matter how powerful, if it so chooses.
No, I'm just a deterministic nihilist who uses Google Translator because my English is not good.
Goodonya amigo, a very common trait amongst those that take ownership and secure generational wealth as best we can without relying on others. Powerful being in control of your future 👊

Everything is relational and we are all interconnected. To think otherwise is dangerous and ultimately destructive to humanity and nature.
I don’t follow you. Nor do I block you. And if you continuously post self righteous BS, you should expect to get called out on it from time to time.
