I'm in it for the pure unicorn cookie, thin, crispy at the edges, but so much butter and sugar that the middle maintains a gooey, carmel-like quality. More than 2 or 3 makes me feel sick, so they need to be perfect.
The only wrong way to bake chocolate chip cookies is to burn them. Thin and crispy or fat gooey and chewy is all good.
Lots of butter in mine, but use less sugar than what the recipe calls for, so its not gooey sweet.
