Maby this makes one part of the frustration with X. 1/3rd of active users being bots. Not meaning just stupid agents. But rather state operated narrative producing accounts. I hope Nostr allows to navigate those bot accounts more easily. Since one is not pressured to see someones notes and comments.
I agree... There is no functionality without the algorithm... Also no response when one comments on something... We should make it possible to have useful applications such as keeping up with news that interest us, or people that interest us... Or break LinkedIn by having the nostr version of it (preferably if interoperable with)... Or forum type of application. I think social media is great to find people who share the same interest... Well... We should survey people on what their perception and uses are... In my Futuristic Vision I said that to beat them our applications must aggregate what happens elsewhere and eventually become the standard that they must follow...
